Online kayıt ne anlama geliyor?
Google Form’u doldurup, size sağladığımız IBAN’a 365 TL ücreti EFT/Havale yaparak ve muvafakatname imzalayarak kaydınızı tamamlayabileceğiniz anlamına geliyor.

Neden yüzyüze kayıt alınmıyor?
Bilkent Üniversitesi Kulüp Yönetmeliği gereği elden 100 TL üzeri para toplayamıyoruz. Tüm ücret Bilkent Üniversitesinin bize sağladığı banka hesabına aktarılmak durumunda. Hal böyle olunca online kayıt almak daha kolay oluyor.

Formu doldurdum ancak sonradan canım istemediği için parayı yatırmadım. Ne olacak?
Bizim sistemimizde puanınız eksiye düşecek. Eğer bir etkinlikte kontenjan sıkıntısı çekersek puanlara bakılıp kontenjanlar doldurulacağı için ilerideki pratik etkinliklere katılımınız konusunda bu durum sıkıntı yaratabilir. Acil durumlar dolayısı ile iptal bu kategorinin içerisine girmemekte.

Paramı ödedim ancak gelmekten vazgeçtim, iade alabilir miyim?
Hayır. Ancak yerini, bizi de bilgilendirerek, başkasına satabilirsin.

Uyuyakaldım, geç kalıcam. Otobüsü bekletir misiniz?
Hayır.

Abi 365 TL çok değil mi?
Mazotun litresi 40 TL. Kalan hesabı kendiniz yapabilirsiniz.

365 TL ye neler dahil?
Sadece otobüsle Kızılcahamam’a gidiş ve dönüş dahil.

Hayır. Dekontu VE muvafakatnameyi görmeden kaydı tamamlamıyoruz.

Neden muvafakatname istiyorsunuz?

Muvafakatnamemin fiziksel kopyasını getirmeyi unuttum, ne yapmalıyım?
Muvafakatnamesiz katılım alamıyoruz. 08:30’a kadar B binasından çıktı alabilirsin.

Süreç

1. Google Form’u doldur.
2. Muvafakatname örneğini doldur.
3. 365 TL’yi sağlanan IBAN’a at. Parayı atarken açıklamaya ADINI, SOYADINI ve IŞIK DAĞI için olduğunu kesinlikle yaz!!!

Örnek: “DOST Işık Dağı Etkinliği – [AD SOYAD]”

1. Dekontu ve tarattığın/fotoğrafını çektiğin muvafakatnameyi dost@bilkent.edu.tr adresine e-posta başlığı “Işık Dağı: [AD SOYAD]” olacak şekilde yolla.
2. 23 Eylülde en geç saat 08:30’dan önce doldurduğun muvafakatnamenin fiziksel kopyasıyla birlikte Mescit Otoparkında ol.
3. Yapman gerekenler bu kadar. Doğanın keyfini sürmeye hazırlan!

Hello, friends! We will be taking registrations for the first activity of the semester, the Işık Dağı Nature Hike, online due to certain school regulations.

Fee: 365 TL Round Trip
Destination: Kızılcahamam Yağcıhüseyin Village
Bus Departure/Arrival: Mescit Parking Lot
Bus Departure Time: 08:30
Distance to Hike: 14 km
Elevation Gain: 400 m
Total Hiking Duration: 8 hours

So, what does online registration mean?
It means that you can complete your registration by filling out the Google form and deed of consent provided below and transferring the 365 TL fee to the IBAN we have provided you.

Why aren’t we accepting in-person registrations?
According to Bilkent University Club Regulations, we cannot collect money in person for amounts exceeding 100 TL. Therefore, all fees must be transferred to the bank account provided by Bilkent University. This makes online registration more convenient.

I filled out the form but didn’t deposit the money because I changed my mind. What will happen?
In our system, your rating will be reduced to – points. If we face a capacity issue for an event, we will check ratings to fill the slots, so not paying may affect your participation in future practical events. Cancellations due to emergencies are not included in this category, however they do require proof to some degree.

“I paid the money but changed my mind about attending. Can I get a refund?”
No, refunds are not available. However, you can transfer your spot to someone else by informing us.

On the morning of September 23rd: “I overslept and will be late. Can you make the bus wait for me?”
No.

Damn, Isn’t 365 TL too much?
Well, gasoline costs 40 TL per liter. You can do the math for the expenses.

What does the 365 TL include?
It only covers the round trip bus ride to Kızılcahamam.

Can I come with my personal car?
Yes, you can. However, it’s not recommended.

I deposited the money but didn’t send the receipt and deed of consent. Is my registration complete?
No, we do not consider the registration complete until we receive the receipt and deed of consent.

Why do you want a deed of consent?
For obvious reasons.

I forgot to bring the physical copy of my deed of consent on the morning of 23rd , what should i do?
We cannot let you join us if you do not bring the deed of consent. You can print out a copy from B building until 08:30. However, do not miss the bus!

–Registration Process–
1- Fill out the Google Form below.
2- Fill out the Deed of Consent.
3-Transfer 365 TL to the provided IBAN. When making the payment, make sure to include your full name and specify that it is for the Işık Dağı hike in the description.
Example: “DOST Mountain Işık Hike -[NAME SURNAME]
4-Send the receipt and scanned/photographed deed of consent to dost@bilkent.edu.tr, including your name and surname in the description.
5-Be at Mescit Parking Lot before 08:30 on September 23rd with the physical copy of your Deed of Consent.
